Originally from France, Layba Oulare played internationally throughout his youth career until he moved to the United States to play Division I soccer for Robert Morris University in Pittsburgh.  For the past 15 years, Layba has coached both at the club and collegiate levels.

He was formerly the head coach of the Carlow College Women’s soccer program.  He has coached boys and girls across multiple age groups for both IFC and FC Pittsburgh.  Currently, Oulare is the Technical and Tactical Specialist Coach for both the women and men’s La Roche College soccer programs. He also is the head coach for the Universal FC adult team which competes in the Greater Pittsburgh Soccer League, and he is an active member of the FC Pittsburgh staff with current head coaching responsibilities in both the U-11 and U-16 boys programs. 

Oulare is passionate about the art of coaching, and he is an avid student of the following styles of play: Futbol Bresileino, Dutch Eredivisie, Scandic and Catalan football.
