Mark Sikora

Mark Sikora is the current lead coach for the 1999-2000 boys program.  Sikora, a native of Erie Pennsylvania, has also coached for the Erie Admirals and Erie United soccer clubs.

Sikora recently finished his third year at Duquesne University as the assistant soccer coach. He was the head coach at Mercyhurst North East for the 2004-2007 seasons before coming to Duquesne. He had an overall record of 34-33-1, and his best season was in 2007 where the Saints finished with an 11-7 record. His teams qualified for the post season all four years.

Sikora has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Pittsburgh, where he played for the nationally ranked Panthers. Sikora led the Panthers in scoring his senior year and played in every game during his college career. Also during his senior season in 2001, Sikora was named Big East Player of the Week and Soccer America Team of the Week. He also earned a Masters in Business Administration from Pennsylvania State University, Erie in 2006.
